By default, zsh looks for system-wide defaults in
%%PREFIX%%/etc.

If you previously set up /etc/zprofile, /etc/zshenv, etc.,
either move them to %%PREFIX%%/etc or rebuild zsh with the
ETCDIR option enabled.
