Most configuration files, environment variables, the HTML documention, subdirectory names, etc have been renamed to carry gnuit instead of git in their names. Support for large files has been improved, new terminal types rxvt-unicode, linux-m, cygwin, and Eterm, have been added, and many bugs have been fixed.
