* Remove WWW entries moved into port MakefilesStefan Eßer2022-09-071-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on WWW: lines in pkg-descr files. This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these pkg-descr files. Approved by: portmgr (tcberner)
* Add WWW entries to port MakefilesStefan Eßer2022-09-071-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources. Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the port specific URL to further information. There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time. This commit implements such a proposal and moves one of the WWW: entries of each pkg-descr file into the respective port's Makefile. A heuristic attempts to identify the most relevant URL in case there is more than one WWW: entry in some pkg-descr file. URLs that are not moved into the Makefile are prefixed with "See also:" instead of "WWW:" in the pkg-descr files in order to preserve them. There are 1256 ports that had no WWW: entries in pkg-descr files. These ports will not be touched in this commit. The portlint port has been adjusted to expect a WWW entry in each port Makefile, and to flag any remaining "WWW:" lines in pkg-descr files as deprecated. Approved by: portmgr (tcberner)

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | A new USES has been added to depend on ImageMagick. USES=magick adds a LIB_DEPENDS on graphics/ImageMagick${IMAGEMAGICK_DEFAULT}. If a specific version is required, use for example USES=magick:6 resp. USES=magick:7 If only a build, run or test is required, use for example USES=magick:build resp. USES=magick:6,build,test If a dependency on the nox11 flavor is required, use for example USES=magick:nox11 resp. USES=magick:7,nox11,run,test See magick.mk for more details on the available flags. The tree has been completely converted to make use of this. Approved by: bapt Differential Revision: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D32754

Bump PORTREVISION of all ports depending directly on either, based on assessing INDEX-12 (bump_portrevision.pl -l (shallow) used). Release Notes: https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/openexr/releases/tag/v2.4.0 The update was deliberately deferred until after 2020Q1, and should not be MFH'd back to it. * Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCCGerald Pfeifer2019-07-261-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3 to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371. This includes ports - with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any, - with USES=fortran, - using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and - with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang, c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now. * graphics/hdr_tools: fix build with GCC-based architecturesPiotr Kubaj2019-05-041-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Replace USES=compiler:features with USES=compiler:c++11-lang. c++11-lang includes features anyway. This fixes linking errors when base GCC is used: /usr/local/lib/libIlmImf.so: undefined reference to `std::__cxx11::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> >::resize(unsigned long, char)@GLIBCXX_3.4.21' Approved by: mentors (implicit approval) Notes: svn path=/head/; revision=500802
* Update ImageMagick to 6.9.10.14 [1]Koop Mast2018-11-101-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | * Add PKGNAMESUFFIX and rename the directory. This was done to show that IM6 is not the "main" version. But still fully supported by upstream. * Convert a number of options to optionhelpers. * Add option for ISO/IEC 23008-12:2017 HEIF suport * Add comment to pkg-descr explaining IM6's "legacy" tag. * Add comment to the patch-config_policy.xml file why it still needed. Please note that IM7 is not a drop in replacement due to library API and command arguments changes. And as a result ports need to decide for themself which version to use. Chase these changes in all the ports that using IM6. * Update ilmbase and openexr to 2.3.0, rename OpenEXR to openexr.Matthias Andree2018-09-221-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Release notes: <https://github.com/openexr/openexr/releases/tag/v2.3.0> Adjust LIB_DEPENDS of all ports that require ilmbase or openexr to chase the new lower-case spelling of the name, and to omit the version from the library name to ease future maintenance. Bump PORTREVISION of all ports that depend on ilmbase or openexr directly, so that they all get rebuilt on upgrades. Add patches to graphics/ampasCTL to keep it alive, with (a) ilmbase now that its Iex::BaseExc class is no longer derived from std::string, details were given upstream through https://github.com/ampas/CTL/issues/71 and (b) to unwind semicolon/;-lists in cmake that stem from openexr/ ilmbase pkg-config variables. (Note ampasCTL is unmaintained as FreeBSD port, and upstream, and I cannot run-time test it.) Poudriere build tests on 11.2-RELEASE-p1 amd64 of ALL ports depending directly or indirectly on ilmbase and/or openexr have passed without regressions. Thus invoking due diligence, I believe I have done the equivalent of an -exp run, and do not require approval for the dependency chases to third-party ports. Notes: svn path=/head/; revision=480374
* Security update OpenEXR and ilmbase to 2.2.1.Matthias Andree2017-12-011-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | While here, fix libIlmImfUtil_la_LDFLAGp so that when linking libIlmImfUtil, the locally built libIlmImf gets precedence over the one in /usr/local, to permit upgrades in a running system with the older version installed. This changes the library's SONAME, so bump PORTREVISION of all dependees. Unfortunately, this looks a bit too intrusive for an MFH to 2017Q4. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | * Disable FPX (FlashPix) support by default. This image format is really rare these days coupled with that there are known CVE's in libfpx and it doesn't seem to be maintained these days. It doesn't make sense to keep it enabled by default anymore.
