parent- Fix NOPORTDOCS=yes in /etc/make.conf (diff)
- read pkg_info -L information in chunks of 100 packages at a time,
to avoid forking once per package, which was slow. - clean up ports header - NOPORTDOCS -> PORT_OPTIONS:MDOCS
