math/py-matplotlib-scalebar: Update to 0.9.0
- Update tooling
- Add example gallery
- Add bbox_anchor and bbox_transform
- Add common astronomical lengths
- Fix example_angular.py
- Support Python 3.12
- Add a (skippable) check that the axes have equal aspect ratio
- Use \\mathregular for LaTeX micro
