Move mail/mutt to mail/mutt14
Move mail/mutt-lite to mail/mutt14-lite
Move mail/mutt-devel to mail/mutt
Moving mail/mutt-devel-lite to mail/mutt-lite will follow next to avoid
breaking the cvs exporter
