- Add WITHOUT_IPV6 knob to workaround problem with IP resolution
when --enable-v4-mapped is used (default).
Use WITHOUT_IPV6 knob if you have problem with "HostnameLookup On" on
IPv4-only server(s).
I hope I can provide a real fix soon.
