Update to 2.10.0, and turn info and man support into options (default off).
Man support is horribly broken for FreeBSD (see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163404), and has a tendancy to
slow Yelp down to a crawl (even lock it up).
