- refactored do-configure to use HAS_CONFIGURE which properly passes
CONFIGURE_ENV
- updates spidermonkey to MozJS 128.8-ESR
- needs cbindgen now
- pet portclippy and portfmt (moved vars around)
- replaced multiple paths with MOZJS_WRKSRC
- removed a mozjs patch which is in upstream now
