ja-jlatex209--n152 is the last version of NTT JTeX based on LaTeX 209.

Both NTT jtex-1.52 is available by this package.
Names of commads are shown below:
'njtex',   'jtex'  -> ntt jtex
'njlatex', 'jlatex' -> ntt jlatex

EUC & JIS kanji code is available by default. 
SJIS & JIS code will be available after recompiling with ports.
