- Update to 2.01a19.
- Remove one site that seems to have stopped carrying the latest alpha
versions from MASTER_SITES.
- Install some PORTDOCS for cdda2wav.
- Refine the patching of the manual pages.
- Add a workaround for the bug in -current that causes cdrecord to trigger
a panic.
