Update to upstream version 2.10
Details:
- Update to upstream version 2.10
- Disable the unconditional dependency on SSE-optimized routines
on i386, as it (1) results in build failures and (2) there are
non-SSE-capable i386 CPUs in use in the FreeBSD community, thus
the default package cannot depend on it.
