Bitmap-emacs20 is Package to use bitmap in Emacs20.
Bitmap-emacs20 has following modules:
- bitmap.el: kernel of bitmap-emacs20
- po.el: tiny BDF font editor
- smiley-mule.el: smiley-mark encoder/decoder
