	suit your needs:

		%%PREFIX%%/etc/courier/esmtpd-msa
		%%PREFIX%%/etc/courier/esmtpd-ssl
		%%PREFIX%%/etc/courier/faxcoverpage.tr
		%%PREFIX%%/etc/courier/faxnotifyrc
		%%PREFIX%%/etc/courier/faxrc
		%%PREFIX%%/etc/courier/imapd
		%%PREFIX%%/etc/courier/imapd-ssl
		%%PREFIX%%/etc/courier/ldapaddressbook

	Note that some of the configuration files might not exist
	depending on which authentication services you chose to
	omit.

	Do not forget to update /etc/pam.conf with the contents of
	%%PREFIX%%/etc/courier/*.authpam. See /etc/pam.conf(8) for
	further assistance.
