After restarting the Gimp you should find the following items in
the pop-up image menu:

 * Filters/Map/Resynthesize
 * Filters/Enhance/Smart enlarge
 * Filters/Enhance/Smart sharpen
 * Filters/Enhance/Smart remove selection
