You installed py-QtPy: the abstraction layer on top of Qt bindings.

One of PyQt5, PyQt4, PySide2 or PySide bindings is required to be
installed for it to work. py-QtPy will choose between the avaiable
bindings, PyQt5 will be chosen first when available.

The QT_API environment variable can be used to force a particular
binding.
