From 876c9240452415feb678f5bcdaaa18c53880ed18 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Po-Chuan Hsieh Date: Sat, 23 Mar 2024 23:10:51 +0800 Subject: x11-fonts/noto-serif-telugu: Add noto-serif-telugu 2.005 When text is rendered by a computer, sometimes characters are displayed as "tofu". They are little boxes to indicate your device doesn't have a font to display the text. Google has been developing a font family called Noto, which aims to support all languages with a harmonious look and feel. Noto is Google's answer to tofu. The name noto is to convey the idea that Google's goal is to see no more "tofu". Noto has multiple styles and weights, and is freely available to all. The comprehensive set of fonts and tools used in our development is available in our GitHub repositories. This port provides the fonts set of Noto Serif Telugu. --- x11-fonts/Makefile | 1 + 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+) (limited to 'x11-fonts/Makefile') diff --git a/x11-fonts/Makefile b/x11-fonts/Makefile index 95f940056c9c..5985ef23b04f 100644 --- a/x11-fonts/Makefile +++ b/x11-fonts/Makefile @@ -245,6 +245,7 @@ SUBDIR += noto-serif-sinhala SUBDIR += noto-serif-tamil SUBDIR += noto-serif-tc + SUBDIR += noto-serif-telugu SUBDIR += noto-tc SUBDIR += nucleus SUBDIR += office-code-pro -- cgit v1.2.3
