Change the Makefile to use gmake instead of make to prevent all the
error messages from make.
Delete the references to sys_errlist.
This port is not yet complete, it may only work with X11R5, aka XFree2.xx.
It uses the font member in the X-window xxsinkxxx structures. But these
members don't exist anymore under X11R6 (Xfree3.xx).
