CTYPE, DOM, PCRE, POSIX, SESSION, SIMPLEXML, SQLITE, TOKENIZER and XML.

Make sure index.php is part of your DirectoryIndex.

You should add the following to your Apache configuration file:

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
