Fix zone transfers with 'many-answer' format. 3. Finally "fixed" the .xs code, and accompanying Makefile.pl options to work out of the box on both RELENG_4 and 5-current. 4. Added a Makefile.pl option to avoid the online tests. 5. Support for unknown RR types. Changes to the port: 1. Take advantage of 3 and 4 above. 2. portlint doesn't like the word 'file' to appear in the Makefile, so change it to 'doc' for the PORTDOCS install loop.

The good news is that our friends in perldom have now seen the light and fixed the later versions of this module so that it does not (any longer) require perl 5.6.0 or higher. I've tested quite a lot of the functions on both a RELENG_4 with stock perl 5.005.03, and a 5-Current system with stock 5.6.1, and didn't have any problems. I also added a few files to the PORTDOCS option.
