parentActually have CFLAGS do something. Previously, the emulator has been (diff)
Add 2xSaI mode to Snes9X for Unix (X11); using the switch -2xsai, this
is a "smarter" stretcher and interpolater by Kreed. It looks better than the -y TV mode :)
