Exim is a drop-in replacement for sendmail. FreeBSD ships with
mailwrapper, which facilitates drop-in replacements for sendmail.
Retire the exim.sh that was installed into ${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d/ to
start Exim, in favour of the mailwrapper approach.
